Differentiate Expired and Cancelled Members
Tailor messaging and next steps based on how a member churns
This release splits the existing Member Expired workflow into two separate workflows: Member Expired and Member Cancelled, enabling you to tailor their win-back campaigns based on how a member has churned.
Intuitive User Experience: Users will now enjoy a more personalized messaging experience after membership expiration
Boosted Member Retention: Business owners can now provide a more effective member retention workflow and tactics through the ABC Glofox app.

Price per Visit and Monthly Caps are now available within the Member Table and Total Days Visited Table. We’ve also introduced a new visual display of accrued member value over the past four months. (Visits Report > Insurance Tab)

Previously, users couldn’t see sent emails, making it hard to verify messages or resolve disputes. This feature displays sent email campaigns for review and reuse, allowing you to easily track sent emails and previous interactions with members.

1:1 Emails Through Member Dashboard
Improved visibility into sent emails
You can now easily send emails, SMS, and push notifications to individual members through their member profile in the ABC Glofox app. This makes it easy to individually reach out to members who may be at risk of churning or need extra information.
Streamlined Workflow: Easily notice when a member needs an extra touchpoint and send your message in just a few clicks.
Task Outcomes – Update a Lead’s Status
Streamlined Task Completion
Previously, operators had to manually update lead statuses separately, leading to inefficiencies and inaccurate record-keeping. This update allows operators to update a lead’s status when completing a task, with optional prompts for membership purchases.

Task Outcomes – Log an Interaction
Keep tabs on member interactions
When a user completes a task, a modal appears allowing them to log the interaction on the member profile. This saves them from having to separately log the interaction on their profile, saving them time and reducing error rates.

Improved Insights: Increase data accuracy by encouraging proper record-keeping
Task Outcomes – Create a Follow up Task
Stay Organized and Informed on Tasks
When a user completes a task, a modal appears asking them if they would like to create a follow up task. This significantly improves the user experience and reduces time spent switching between dashboards.

Custom Audience Filter

We’ve made updates to our audience filter feature. Along with an improved UI, we’ve also included a “never had a membership” option, making it easier to provide a more segmented and personalized experience for members and leads

New Merge Tags for Customer Comms
Simplify Comms From All Locations
Now, users can create dynamic tags within SMS, email, and push notifications sent from the ABC Glofox platform. This allows them to create a more dynamic messaging workflow for different audiences, locations, and lead stages.

ProApp: Edit Membership & Joining Fee Prices
Empower your staff with real-time pricing control
Previously, instructors and sales teams lacked the ability to adjust prices or discounts instantly, causing delays in closing sales. This feature makes it simple to edit prices, discounts, and fees directly in the ProApp.
Increased Efficiency: Give staff the ability to adjust pricing instantly.
Mobile-forward: Reduce reliance on desktop dashboards.
Cancellation Reasons
Gain actionable feedback to improve retention
Admins and Receptionists can now add a cancellation reason when they cancel a subscription on a contract membership with an end date.
Actionable Feedback: Optimize operations and class schedules based on recurring cancelation reasons.
Training Opportunities: Gain more visibility into how staff can upskill.
Happier Members: Improve retention with existing and future customers.
5. Payments

Google & Apple Pay for Product Purchases
Streamlined payments for your members
Currently in beta, this feature allows you to receive payments for product purchases through Google and Apple Pay.
Alongside the convenience of these new payment methods for customers, this new flow also has benefits to regular card payments too, allowing 3D Secure authentication to be performed during the transaction flow itself without any need for authentication emails, helping to further reduce friction.
Improved User Experience: Members have more options to pay the way they want
Future Capabilities: We’ll be unlocking even more payment methods in the future as well as supporting the use of these payment methods for purchases such as Memberships
Credit Packs – New Checkout Design
Simplify Credit Pack Checkout Experience
Credit pack purchases are now processed via the new checkout flow in Dashboard, moving away from the previous legacy flow. Among other key benefits this unlocks the ability to pay for credit pack purchase using the POS Terminal as a payment method option.
Improved User Experience: Credit pack purchases now benefit from all the UX/UI improvements that the new checkout brings including clearer UI, Summary page, quick actions, etc.
In-person payments: Credit pack purchase can now be paid for using the POS Terminal, unlocking in-person card payments, contactless payments and wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Maintenance Fees
Enhance Memberships With Maintenance Fees
You can now charge maintenance fees that begin being charged a short period after the initial sign up and are charged on a recurring basis thereafter, independently of the membership subscription billing. This allows you to cover any overheads that may not be included in memberships such as maintenance, facilities, or equipment upgrades.
Maximize Revenue: Collect more revenue from your paying members.
Streamline Collections: Automatically charge members additional fees.
Gift First Period and Pro-Rated Memberships
Increase Successful Checkouts With Pricing Updates
Pro-rated Memberships: Members will now see the correct amount due today in their carts with the label “Prorated price.”
Gift First Period: Memberships that start with a free period will show no cost in the cart with the label “First period is free”, with subsequent subscription fees displayed for clarity.
Clearer Pricing: Final checkout price is now reflective of actual price to pay today.
Improved Checkout Experience: Minimize pricing-related inquiries and decrease transaction drop-offs.
