Over the past month, we’ve been working closely with customers to update and enhance some of our features to streamline processes at your studio. This month we have enhanced our modify pause functionality making it even easier for you to provide flexibility to your members.
Easily Unpause or Modify a Pause on a Membership
Quickly and easily modify the duration of your member’s pause with the Modify Pause feature. We’ve enhanced our modify pause functionality making it even easier to unpause, reduce a pause, and extend a pause from your Glofox dashboard to provide flexibility to your members. You can also ensure that your member’s payment schedule is updated in alignment with their new membership dates, moving their scheduled payment to a new fixed-date.

Don’t Miss Out on Dashboard Updates and Improvements
With our recent and ongoing updates and releases, it is important that you reload the Glofox dashboard to ensure that you have access to the latest features and improvements. To reload simply close the tab in which you have the Glofox dashboard open on and reopen a new tab.
