Sweat Story
Sweat Story is one of our most loved innovations of this year. This feature is designed to provide members with a detailed and personalized recap of their fitness achievements over the past three months in our Member app. This enhances member engagement and motivation by offering a visually appealing and insightful summary of their progress, creating a deeper connection with their fitness journey. Clients can add their own branding and custom achievements to their app. For the end of 2024, we’ve included a final quarter sweat story roundup for members to enjoy, which is sure to give them a great sense of progress and accomplishment.

Mandatory E-Agreements
Compliance and member safety are vitally important in running a fitness business, and our e-agreements feature helps improve both. With our latest improvements to our e-agreements feature, our customers can now restrict member access to the club, restrict the ability to book a class or both with an immediate call to action if waivers have not been completed. This can all even be automated, saving you and your staff hours of time in hunting down absent-minded members. Additionally, it gives clients a centralized hub containing all their documentation, a huge benefit when it comes to accountability and compliance.
We’ve also released a new feature offering better pairing between children and parent accounts. This ensures that our customers can provide a streamlined method for parents to sign off on agreements for their children. This can also be easily accessed by our customers for future reference and documentation.

Our Top Reporting and Analytics Innovations
Reporting and Analytics are two major solutions that our customers use to keep themselves informed and aligned on their business performance. AI Churn Predictor
This key update allows our customers to use AI to predict when members are at the highest risk of cancelling their memberships. This was a key update as it allowed users to solve churn problems before they lost members with an intuitive, accessible workflow.

Lead Conversion Reports
In Q3, we released the first version of our rebuilt Lead conversion funnel. This release adds a new tab to the lead conversion report called Conversion Performance. This is a report that allows customers to see conversions for different statuses regardless of when the lead was created.
To build a best-in-class CRM product, we know our customers need a complete picture for lead conversion performance. This report allows operators to view conversion data in the time frame the status changes have happened.
This can be seen as a perfect pulse-check feature for clients, allowing them to clearly see what campaigns and sales techniques are working and how to expand their business opportunities.

This is a vital feature we launched to help our customers better understand their members and their behavior. Cart Abandonment Workflow: Up to 70% of potential customers will make it to the final checkout page and then, for one reason or another, will get distracted or move on to something else. This abandoned cart workflow allows you to create an automated outreach campaign to encourage members or leads to finish their membership purchases.
For example, if you had a lead make it to the checkout page of your website and then abandon their membership purchase, you can send them a series of emails offering helpful advice, a promo code, or a personalized message to help convert them.

Cancellation Reasons
We have introduced a new feature allowing admins and gym staff to add a cancellation reason during the scheduling a cancellation flow for restricted memberships. This allows our customers to:
- Improve Member Retention: Capturing cancellation reasons will enable targeted improvements, boosting member retention.
- Improve customer experience: The collected data will inform actions such as additional staff training and optimized class schedules, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.
- Reduce Manual Data Capture: Eliminates the need to manually capture this data on a spreadsheet, minimizing errors and ensuring accurate data.
In Q3, we improved on this feature by adding more advanced analytics and insights in the cancellations reasons tab. Now, you can drill down to each member, finding out specific reasons for cancellations. You can also now better analyse trends and patterns in cancellations within the ABC Glofox dashboard.

Restricted Membership Innovations
This was a major area of improvement and innovation for us this year. We know how valuable restricted membership features can be for our customers, so we implemented some significant new capabilities:
- Scheduled Cancellations: For restricted memberships, Admins and Receptionists can now schedule a cancellation for a Restricted Membership. This is a major time-saving measure for our customers, allowing them to plan ahead and schedule cancellations, as well as offering a window of opportunity to try and win back customers scheduled to cancel.
- Consecutive Memberships: Users will now be able to add a Restricted Membership as a Consecutive Membership. This will unlock a studio’s ability to upgrade and downgrade memberships with ease, increasing member retention by securing membership sales at any point in a members journey.
- Recurring Bookings: This feature allows for bookings to be made for an unlimited amount of time in the future. However, if the membership has an end date, the bookings will run up until the end date of the membership. This is a great way to remind or encourage restricted members to renew or upgrade their memberships.

To improve this, we’ve introduced a new class booking setting. This setting restricts the total number of upcoming bookings a client can hold at any given time, regardless of the time frame.
