1. Save Custom Email Templates

In the fast-paced world of fitness management, time is everything. Our new Custom Email Templates feature allows you to save any email design as a template for future use. Whether you’re sending a one-off email or integrating a new step into your workflow, you can now easily reuse your designs.

  • Membership Limits: Set restrictions on how promo codes are used across different membership levels.
  • Date Limits: Define start and end dates for promo codes, perfect for limited-time offers and campaigns.

6. Cancellation Reasons Tab

To provide even deeper insights, the new Cancellation Reasons Tab is now part of the “Lost Members” report. This tab allows you to:

  • Visualize Cancellations: Offers a clear breakdown of cancellation reasons, paired with revenue forecasts.
  • Drill Down for Details: Provides the ability to analyze cancellations at the member level for scheduled cancellations.

This is a game changer when it comes to learning more about your member behavior and how you or your team can work together to provide a better experience for your members.

7. New Service Started Workflow

With this new feature, you can automate more personalized communication experiences​ and build a unique Amplify onboarding workflow for each membership type or service your club offers ​

8. Custom Audiences for Bulk Emails

Creating custom audiences just got more intuitive with Audience Preview, which gives you real-time updates on audience size as you apply filters in the audience builder. This gives you:

  • Simplified Segmentation: Dynamically adjusted count based on chosen criteria.

10. Discounts Added to Member Profile

​Now, you can gain more visibility into discount usage and instantly see whether a discount has been applied.​

  • Greater Efficiency: Make troubleshooting in-use discounts for specific members instantaneous.​
  • Better Visibility: See the discount that’s in use within the membership tab immediately after it’s been applied.

11. Enhanced Calendar Filtering Functionality​

Get what you need faster with an improved calendar filtering experience with added search functionality, filter tags, simplified categories and a more intuitive filter selection.​

12. Sales Report Update

Now, you can have key revenue data at your fingertips.​ A new upfront fees table has been added to the Sales breakdown tab, giving you quick insights into your business performance.

13. Setting Max Classes

  • Keep Members Engaged: More equitable booking opportunities to prevent churn keep members satisfied. ​

14. Report Updates

We’ve worked hard to help you gain more control over your members’ bookings.​ Now, ABC Glofox has a new download experience, quicker load, customizable tables, new custom date picker and updated reporting experience for Scheduled Revenue, Class Performance, Expired Membership & First Bookings Reports. 15. Password Reset Confirmation

Now, your members can enjoy extra confirmation and added security with our new feature. An additional email will be sent automatically to any customers who reset their password to ensure the reset was done by them. ​

  • Clear Insight: Easily record when a password change was made.​

16. Receipts for Recurring Payments

Within the client profile, a new checkbox has been added that will allow you to opt into seeing receipts for all memberships.​

  • Enhanced Support: Provide your members with the receipts they need automatically, for every transaction.​
  • Improved Flexibility: Enable receipts for recurring payments only for members who need it.​

17. Visits Improvements

Gain more insights into your member behavior with total, Yearly, Monthly and Weekly visit data now available on the visits screen. ​You can also enjoy customizable date filters to get accurate visit information for any time period.​

  • More flexibility: Members can filter their visits by different time ranges. ​
  • Reward Loyalty: Provide members with special incentives for hitting a visit milestone.​

18. Credit Improvements – Member App

​Now, you can enjoy enhanced transparency in credit transactions for Members​. Each credit use is now clearly tagged within the app for members as either “booked”, “no show” or “attended”.​

  • Improved Insights: Clear, accessible information on credit usage for members.​
  • Better Understanding: See when and why credits were deducted.​

19. Address in Member Profile

 

​Simplify your member experience with this new feature. Now, members can update their profile with their address, including street, state, country, and postal code. ​

  • Improved Personalization: Add and update address information directly in the member app. ​
  • Targeted Promotions: With this added information, studios can target regionally specific promotions.​
  • Enhanced Data: Ensure address information for billing and legal compliance is added. ​

20. Automated Emails for Booking Cancellations

Keeping members informed is essential to building trust. Our new Automated Booking Cancellation Emails notify members when they successfully cancel a booking, confirming the cancellation and reinforcing your cancellation policies.

  • Reinforce the Rules: Ensure your members know the booking cancellation windows and any fees that apply.
  • Build Confidence: Give members peace of mind by confirming cancellations with an automated email.

21. Kisi Integration for Enhanced Access Control

For those using Kisi for access control, we’ve introduced a near real-time sync between your ABC Glofox system and Kisi. This allows your members to gain access to your facilities instantly after onboarding.

  • Faster Synchronization: Email confirmations now happen in seconds, not minutes.
  • Increased Reliability: No more manual intervention required—just seamless, automated access management.

22. Get Sharing With Your Community

Members can now “share with friends” via a new post type that allows members to share studio content right from the community section of the member app.

  • Easier Promotion: Allow members to easily share trial passes, promotions, promo codes, and events.​
  • More Engagement: Simplify the process of sharing studio content with members’ networks.​

23. Your Visits Report Reimagined

Total, Yearly, Monthly and Weekly visits data are now available on the visits screen. ​You can also create date filters to get accurate visit information for any time period.​ This is an excellent way of giving your members more insights into their routine and milestones.

​24. EziDebit and ABC Glofox: A Simplified Process

You can now view settled completed and in-transit Ezidebit payments directly in the Payouts report as well as in Fitness Bi.​
