Your F45 Training Studio is making the move to a new booking system – Glofox!
As part of this changeover, you’ll need to download a new app from your app marketplace to book classes and manage your membership from Monday, 15th July onwards.
Download the Glofox App
To do this, first download the F45 Training Glofox app:
Setup Instructions
If you haven’t added a password or your payment details on the new system
- Launch the app and search for your studio.
- On the following page, select “Don’t have an account? Register”.
- To ensure your membership is linked to your account, enter the email address you used with the previous booking system, and create a new password.
- Confirm your first and last name, click ‘next’.
- Confirm your phone number and DOB, click ‘next’.
- Accept the Studio Waiver.
To make sure you can book beyond your next payment date, you’ll have to add your payment details:
- Click on the red & white icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
- Select ‘Payments’ and choose your preferred payment method.
- Once you’ve added payment details, click save.
- You’re all set to book! Now go back to the timetable and get booking. Once booked, you’ll be able to add the class you’ve booked to your phone’s calendar, or book another class.
If you have already added a password, follow the steps below:
- Launch the app and search for your studio.
- On the following page, enter your username and password.
- Click on the red & white icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
- Select ‘Payments’ and choose your preferred payment method.
- Once you’ve added payment details, click save.
You’re all set to book! Now head back to the timetable and get booking. Once booked, you’ll be able to add the class you’ve booked to your phone’s calendar, or book another class.
